Happy Birthday, Barbara Steele

English actress Barbara Steele first found fame in her breakthrough role

as Asa, the resurrected witch in Mario Bava's Black Sunday.

She would go on to feature in a number of other notable horror and exploitation films 

in a career that spanned well over three decades.  The lovely lady turns 74 today.

Alessandro Biffignandi is an acclaimed Italian illustrator and oil painter

who began his career in the late 50s and it still continues to this day.

His fantastic work has graced the covers of countless graphic novels, books and comics.

the following two works were originally attributed to Biffignandi as well which was
unfortunately not the case and is actually the work of gifted artist Emanuele Taglietti
who was kind enough to submit the correction himself.
