Flamboyant director and author Ken Russell
unfortunately passed away last night at the age of 84.
Never one to shy away from controversy, the visionary director
always put his indelible and artful stamp on every project he undertook.
His unique vision will be sorely missed.

The Cicci Strut
Ilona Staller, better known the world over as Cicciolina, is a well renowned
pornographic model and actress who would also eventually enter the world of politics.
She would be elected into the Italian parliament in 1987 while still involved
in the adult film industry and continues her interests in both fields to this day.
The uninhibited princess turns 60 today.
